Vettaikaran has been confirmed for the Pongal release. Recently, the song involving Vijay and Anushka was supposed to be shot in Pune (earlier it was planned to scheduled at 'Australia' and got cancelled as the Visa was denied).Usually Sun Pictures takes a month to promote its films.
